A 1099 independent contractor CRNA opportunity is available at a newly opened site, the Surgery Center of Naples, in Naples, Florida. The center is part of an Ambulatory Surgical Center of America company and works under a team-based model that emphasizes giving every member a voice and supporting one another in delivering excellent care.

The posted hourly rate is $180 per hour. Assigned cases span cardiology, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pain management, cosmetic procedures, endoscopy (Endo/EGD), and urology.

Responsibilities include providing full anesthesia care across a range of procedures, completing pre-anesthesia evaluations, obtaining informed consent, and developing and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients. The CRNA would manage induction, maintenance, and emergence, monitor patients' physiological status and intervene as needed, and contribute to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered professional nurse license and graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, along with current certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. The contractor must supply Articles of Incorporation for either an S corporation or a C corporation and must carry their own malpractice insurance at full state limits.
