This full-time CRNA position is based at a surgery and endoscopy center in Midland, Michigan, where the anesthesia team is presented as a close-knit group whose work makes a visible difference in the local community. The practice follows a medical direction model, and the schedule is set to avoid holidays, weekends, and call. Cases include orthopedic, endoscopic, and ENT procedures.

The facility has three operating rooms and two procedure rooms and runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with no weekends, nights, or holidays. Compensation is listed as $300,000 per year, along with seven weeks of paid time off and a sign-on payment. A leadership or chief position is also available.
