A CRNA position is available at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital in Ironwood, Michigan, a 25-bed rural acute care facility that does not provide obstetrics. The role is an independent CRNA model, with a preference for experienced practitioners who have a high level of competency, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

The case mix includes orthopedics, bariatric and bowel surgery, general surgery, gastrointestinal and endoscopy procedures, and ophthalmology. Required procedures are epidurals, spinals, and nerve blocks. The schedule consists of 4 to 10 hour shifts each week, with beeper call and a 20-minute callback response time. The rotation is three weeks on followed by one week off each month.
