Full details

The anesthesia team in Wichita, Kansas, offers a permanent full-time CRNA role with a base salary stated at $220,000 to $230,000 per year. Either W-2 employment or a 1099 arrangement is possible, with W-2 preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Providers work within an anesthesia care team model across a varied caseload that spans general surgery, podiatry, urology, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, ENT, and ECT procedures. Regional anesthesia work is available to those who are interested and skilled in it.

On-call duties cover weekday nights from Monday through Thursday, starting at 3:30 p.m. and ending at 6:30 a.m., plus weekend coverage running from Friday at 3:30 p.m. until Monday at 6:30 a.m. Call pay is to be discussed directly with candidates. A sign-on bonus can be negotiated, and the salaried structure means overtime is not offered.

Time off begins at six weeks of paid leave, rising to seven weeks after one year and eight weeks after five years. Health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage are included, with competitive premiums. The employer also makes retirement contributions of roughly 7.4% of gross wages to a 401(k), made through safe harbor and profit-sharing contributions, and these vest immediately.
