This permanent full-time CRNA position in Wichita, Kansas, is offered with a base salary of $220,000 to $230,000 a year, with W-2 employment preferred and 1099 arrangements also possible. Newly graduated nurse anesthetists are welcome to apply.

Clinicians work within an anesthesia care team and take on a broad mix of procedures, spanning operative specialties such as podiatric, urologic, gynecologic, gynecologic oncology, otolaryngologic, and electroconvulsive therapy cases. Regional techniques may be used by those who have an interest in them and relevant experience. A sign-on bonus is open to negotiation. Because the pay is salaried, overtime is not part of the arrangement.

Time off begins at six weeks of paid leave, rising to seven weeks after one year and eight weeks after five years. Health coverage includes medical insurance at competitive premiums, plus dental, vision, life, and long-term disability protection. The employer adds roughly 7.4% of gross wages to a 401(k) via safe harbor and profit-sharing contributions, and those employer amounts vest immediately.

A separate OR/OB track combines operating room anesthesia with obstetric work and carries a higher pay scale of about $250,000 per year for a 40-hour schedule. That track requires nights, weekends, and holidays. Twenty-four-hour shift options are offered as well.
