A well-established anesthesia group in southern Illinois is seeking a CRNA for a permanent position in Edwardsville, roughly 20 minutes from St. Louis. The role pairs solid earning potential and schedule flexibility with clinical autonomy and easy access to the St. Louis metro area.

Clinicians may choose between 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, and may work either as a 1099 contractor or as a W-2 employee. Malpractice coverage with tail coverage is included. CRNAs practice independently and at the top of their scope, with anesthesiologists available for support when needed. The caseload is broad and includes regional anesthesia and nerve blocks. New graduates are welcome to apply.

The compensation range listed is $250k to $325k per year, though the actual offer depends on skills, experience, and qualifications, and additional taxable and non-taxable earnings, reimbursements, and benefits may be available.
