The outpatient surgical center is a modern facility focused on orthopedic surgical care, spanning about 9,102 square feet with three operating rooms, step-down and standard recovery areas, a nurse station, a consultation room, and administrative offices.

The anesthesia group performs close to 20,000 cases each year and operates under a collaborative care team approach that values every member's input and aims for high-quality clinical outcomes.

The role centers on anesthesia for orthopedic, orthopedic spine, and pain management procedures. Responsibilities include delivering full anesthesia care across a range of operations, conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and securing informed consent, building and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients, managing induction, maintenance, and recovery from anesthesia, watching patients' physiological status and intervening when needed, and contributing to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday in either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation is listed as a salary between $190K and $204K, along with a $75K sign-on incentive. The benefits package covers medical, life, vision, and dental coverage, short- and long-term disability protection, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, a generous amount of paid time away from work, flexible spending and health savings account options, fully paid malpractice coverage, and available loan repayment assistance.

Candidates must hold a current registered professional nursing license, have graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and be certified or recertified through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
