Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned group, is recruiting CRNAs for a per diem, 1099 role at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, operating under a care team model. Pay is listed at $210 per hour.

The hospital has 4 ORs and 150 beds, holds Level 1 NICU and L4 trauma designations, and performs about 2,600 cases a year. Two rooms run 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and two run 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The case mix centers on general, orthopedic, and urologic surgery, plus obstetrics with roughly 500 deliveries. Cardiac, neurosurgical, head, pediatric, and trauma cases are excluded. The EPIC EMR is in use.

Candidates need an active Pennsylvania PA license and current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications, along with board certification.
