Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is recruiting CRNAs for Lehigh Valley Hospital – Carbon in Lehighton, PA. The role is paid on a 1099 basis at $200 per hour.

The practice covers 2 ORs, with GI cases Monday through Friday in 8-hour shifts. The schedule includes no call, no nights, no weekends and no holidays. The caseload is about 1,000 cases per year and spans orthopedics, general surgery, urology, vascular, ENT and GI.

Candidates need an active Pennsylvania license and board certification, along with ACLS, PALS and BLS credentials.

The hospital is a newly built facility in Mahoning Township that is part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network. It offers primary and specialty care, including rehabilitation, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology through the Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute, and an orthopedic joint and spine center.

The area sits less than 30 miles from the ABE airport and under two hours from Philadelphia and New York City. It offers a rural setting with outdoor recreation, wineries and historic sites, plus access to several colleges.
