BayCare Medical Group is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for its anesthesiology teams along Florida's Gulf Coast. Openings are listed at ten locations across the Tampa Bay area and nearby counties, including Mease Countryside in Safety Harbor, Mease Dunedin, Morton Plant in Clearwater, Morton Plant North Bay in New Port Richey, St. Joseph's in Tampa, St. Joseph's-South in Riverview, South Florida Baptist in Plant City, Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, Winter Haven Hospital, and BayCare Manatee in Palmetto. Each site has its own practice environment, schedule, and team, and candidates are encouraged to reach out to discuss the opportunity that best fits their goals.

Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates may apply. Candidates need a current registered professional nursing license, graduation from or expected graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and AANA certification or recertification. The Earn As You Learn Program provides student registered nurse anesthetists with a monthly stipend during training.

Compensation includes a competitive salary and sign-on bonus, with tiers based on years of experience.
