BayCare Medical Group is recruiting CRNAs to work within collaborative anesthesia teams at three Tampa Bay-area hospitals: Mease Countryside in Safety Harbor, Mease Dunedin in Dunedin, and Morton Plant in Clearwater. The group is part of a not-for-profit health system and describes its settings as supportive and patient-centered, with an emphasis on clinical quality.

The schedule is built around limited call. The role involves no night call and only one holiday call per year, along with three weekend day-call shifts each quarter. Shifts may be 8, 10, 12, or 13 hours long. Cardiac cases are optional, while pediatric and trauma cases are excluded. Hospital-affiliated childcare is available for children from infancy through VPK.

Candidates should hold a current license as a registered professional nurse, have completed an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and hold certification or recertification from the AANA's Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Pay and benefits include competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and tiered pay based on years of experience. Benefits cover medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, and retirement with an employer match. Staff receive eight weeks of PTO available immediately, a $2,500 annual CME allowance, shift differentials, evening and weekend stipends, malpractice coverage at 100%, and eligibility for PSLF through the not-for-profit structure.
