Optim Medical Center-Tattnall, a physician-owned facility in southeast Georgia, is seeking independent contractor CRNAs on a 1099 basis. The facility describes itself as focused on excellent care and clinical outcomes, and its practice has served the region for more than six decades.

The assignments cover general, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and gastrointestinal cases. The role involves providing full anesthesia care across these procedures, completing pre-anesthesia assessments, securing informed consent, and building anesthetic plans together with patients. The CRNA would manage induction, maintenance, and emergence, track each patient's physiological status, and step in with interventions when needed. The position also includes helping with departmental coordination and taking part in clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered nursing license, a degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current certification or recertification through the AANA's certification council. The contractor must supply Articles of Incorporation for either an S corporation or a C corporation and carry personal malpractice coverage at the full state limits.

Pay is listed at $175 per hour.
