This W2 CRNA position is based at St. Anthony Hospital and St. Anthony North in Denver, Colorado, within CommonSpirit Health's Mountain Region. The listing describes compensation of up to $299K, including benefits, along with a $25,000 commencement bonus and student loan reimbursement of $5K paid at the completion of years 1, 2, and 3, for a total of $15,000.

The pay range is tiered by experience. Providers with 0-3 years receive $236,810, providers with 3-10 years receive $256,840, and providers with more than 10 years receive $256,840, each plus the $25K bonus and a $5K quality incentive. A $8,150 trauma stipend may also apply where relevant. Paid time away scales from 7 weeks for 0-3 years, to 8 weeks for 3-10 years, up to 9 weeks for more than 10 years.

Qualified candidates need at least two years of experience as a CRNA, including epidurals, plus current CRNA certification through the applicable Colorado or Kansas licensing body and recertification with the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists every two years. BLS certification is required at hire, and ACLS certification is required at hire or within six months of hiring.
