US Anesthesia Partners Colorado, a clinician-led practice, is the region's leading anesthesia group and is seeking experienced CRNAs as well as new graduates for its Denver operation. Through an exclusive arrangement with two large Denver health systems, Advent Health and Health One (HCA), the practice covers a broad range of cases, specialties, and acuity levels across the Denver metro area.

Base pay is set by years of experience and ranges from $234k to $265k, and the posting cites average CRNA earnings of $250k to $315k per year. Positions are offered at 0.75 to 1.0 FTE, and qualifying applicants may receive a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or a relocation bonus. The role carries no non-compete.
