The schedule is 8.5-hour days, 07:00 to 15:30. Work takes place inside an inpatient setting, and the position carries no call duties.
The provider works within a supervision model and performs spinal and epidural blocks independently. The caseload spans many specialties, from general and plastic surgery to orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and procedures on otherwise healthy children. Daily volume is roughly five to fifteen patients, and the team staffing ratio is eleven physicians to three CRNAs.
The record system used is Epic. Candidates need current Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications.
Compensation is described as strong, travel-related expenses are covered, and an A-rated medical malpractice policy is provided. The employer also offers a dedicated recruiter to help with later travel assignments.
