A CRNA is sought for a Southwest Medical Center location in Lawton, Oklahoma, where the role sits within a recently combined pair of hospitals under Comanche County Memorial Hospital, with close clinical teamwork and independence at both campuses. The contract pays $350,000 per year on a 1099 basis for a non-call position, includes eight weeks off, and carries a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Out-of-grid compensation is offered, and only one opening remains on the team.

Scheduling runs Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1500. The model is CRNA-only, with two providers on site each day. Cases are all elective, chiefly gastrointestinal and dental procedures for pediatric patients, with an occasional pediatric ENT case.

Candidates should be board certified or board eligible and eligible for Oklahoma licensure, and should be comfortable practicing independently within a team setting. The contractor package also includes paid malpractice coverage with tail insurance and access to preferred group benefit partnerships, plus ongoing support from an experienced leadership group.
