The hospital is CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, Texas, a community hospital located just under an hour from Austin and San Antonio. A PRN CRNA is sought to join an anesthesia group of nine CRNAs and two MDs, operating under an independent CRNA practice model with flexible PRN scheduling.

Cases span general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy and GI, and OB/GYN, with obstetric volume averaging fewer than 75 deliveries per month. CRNAs cover five sites of service each day. In-house call is rotated as needed and is followed by a post-call day off. The team is described as supportive and experienced, with strong autonomy for its members.

Board certification as a CRNA is required, and regional anesthesia experience is preferred.
