Full details
This permanent CRNA role in Southern Oregon is aimed at providers who want strong pay, independence, and a varied caseload. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, with a 1:5 call rotation in which CRNAs take first call backed by an MD, up to six call days a month including at least one weekend.
Compensation is offered in two structures: a W2 position at $360K with 8 weeks of paid time off, or a 1099 position at $400K with 13 weeks off. Additional paid call and beeper pay is available, with details to be discussed. A sign-on bonus of $30,000 to $50,000 and relocation assistance are also included.
The cases span general surgery, orthopedics, GYN, ENT, podiatry, urology, spine, vascular, Level III trauma, and healthy pediatrics, with a notable emphasis on regional anesthesia. Work is split between the main hospital OR and an ambulatory surgery center, in a collaborative, independent model that permits full scope of practice, including performing one's own regional blocks.
