This per diem CRNA opening is at Bon Secours Harbour View Medical Center in Suffolk, Virginia. The hospital is part of a well-regarded system, and the role offers a balanced schedule along with room to grow professionally. The anesthesia service is currently staffed only under a physician model.

The hourly pay is $165. The compensation package includes medical, life, eye and tooth coverage, plus disability and accidental death and dismemberment protection. Cases are on an as-needed basis and span orthopedics, general surgery, urology, plastics, ENT, vascular, and gynecology. Responsibilities include delivering full anesthesia care across a range of procedures, completing pre-anesthesia assessments, securing informed consent, and building and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients. The CRNA would also run induction, maintenance and emergence, watch patients' physiological status closely, and step in with interventions when needed. The position additionally supports departmental organization and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered nurse license and a diploma from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists is also required.
