Full details

The schedule is four 10-hour days a week, 07:00 to 17:00. This 13-week locum tenens assignment in Sumter, South Carolina is open to an experienced CRNA holding NBCRNA certification. The role offers a steady weekly rhythm built around daytime work, with no call and no regularly scheduled weekends.

The caseload is a general, bread-and-butter anesthesia mix covering pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients, with no cardiac, neurosurgical, or obstetric anesthesia. Providers typically see roughly 15 to 30 patients per day and document in Epic. Pediatric anesthesia experience is a requirement.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, care planning, airway management, continuous intraoperative monitoring, and management of medications, fluids, and patient responses. The CRNA also handles anesthesia emergencies, coordinates with surgical and anesthesia teams, and completes postoperative assessments and handoffs.
