Full details
A client in Nebraska is looking for an experienced CRNA for a 180-day assignment. The role centers on delivering anesthesia care across a varied surgical caseload, watching patients closely through each phase of their procedures, and overseeing recovery in Phase 1 or the PACU until they meet transfer or discharge criteria.
Anesthesia will be provided for patients undergoing general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, podiatry, dental, gynecology, eye, and hand procedures. The CRNA will give neuromuscular blockade, care for pediatric cases, and track vital signs and physiological responses continuously throughout each surgical stage. Daily volume is expected to be roughly 5 to 15 patients, depending on the case schedule.
The setting is outpatient, limited to clinic-based procedures, and no call is required. The practice model pairs CRNAs with anesthesiologists and surgeons, and CRNAs work independently while consulting physicians when needed. The electronic medical record in use is HST.
Candidates should hold board certification in anesthesiology and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS credentials. The posting describes strong compensation, reimbursed travel expenses, A-rated malpractice coverage, and access to a dedicated recruiter for later travel assignments.
