A full-time CRNA position is open with Tampa General Hospital System's Brooksville, Spring Hill and FESC sites in Florida, a partnership with NorthStar's expanding Florida footprint. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are invited to apply, and the practice offers varied shifts and a collaborative team setting. Providers will rotate among the three facilities.

Brooksville cases include general, endoscopy, urology, podiatry, plastics, total joint, orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, vascular, thoracic and ENT procedures. Spring Hill cases span general, thoracic, vascular, ENT, orthopedics, plastics, radiology, urology, labor epidurals and C-sections. FESC cases cover general, endoscopy, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain, plastics, podiatry and urology.

Compensation is listed as $244,000 base, plus an $8,000 quality bonus and $8,000 in call pay, totaling $260,000 annually. The role comes with 8 weeks of PTO and a $75,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 3-year commitment. Benefits include medical, dental, life, long-term and short-term disability, malpractice coverage and a 401k.

The facilities are part of Tampa General Hospital's expansion into Hernando and Citrus Counties, serving communities including Brooksville, Crystal River and Spring Hill.
