A full-time, part-time, and PRN CRNA position is open at an established anesthesia practice serving AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, and AdventHealth Carrollwood. The group has operated for more than 30 years and provides a broad range of anesthesia care for adults and children, including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical cases. The case mix covers everything except trauma and transplants.

The offer includes a $75K start date bonus tied to a three-year commitment, along with newly increased compensation. The practice describes its pay as competitive and lists a benefits package with paid time off, a CME allowance, medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, and a 401(K) with employer contribution. Malpractice coverage is paid 100%, including tail coverage.

Scheduling is flexible, with day, night, and weekend options and a variety of shift patterns available. Call is minimal and taken from home with a 30-minute call-back expectation, and overtime shifts are available for those who want them.

The practice is made up of 35 physicians and 94 advanced practice providers across the three hospitals. AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, located at 2600 Bruce B Downs Blvd in Wesley Chapel, Florida, is a 350-bed campus that opened in 2012 and is undergoing an expansion that will add inpatient beds and operating rooms. AdventHealth Tampa has 600 beds and AdventHealth Carrollwood has 200.

A student program called Earn While You Learn pays a monthly stipend during the final year of school for those still training.
