A practice at AdventHealth Carrollwood in north Tampa, Florida is seeking CRNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN work. The site is a smaller, well-regarded hospital with a long-established anesthesia team, a community hospital feel, and a heavy mix of orthopedic, general, and spine cases.

The caseload excludes cardiac, head, obstetric, and pediatric procedures, and covers thirteen sites of service such as endoscopy, neurology, spine, and orthopedics. Shifts run on an extended schedule of varying lengths, and call is limited to light at-home beeper duty with a 30-minute callback window. Overtime is available for those who want it.

A $75K start date bonus is offered alongside a commitment of three years. The compensation package is described as recently increased and competitive, with PTO, a CME allowance, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, parental leave, and a 401(k) with employer contribution. Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is fully paid.

Students in their final year of school may qualify for an Earn While You Learn monthly stipend. The wider group includes 35 physicians and 94 APPs across three hospitals in the region, which together operate roughly 1,150 beds.
