An established anesthesia practice is seeking CRNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions at AdventHealth Tampa, with opportunities also across AdventHealth Wesley Chapel and AdventHealth Carrollwood. The team has operated for more than 30 years and delivers the full spectrum of anesthesia care for adults and children, including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical cases. The case mix covers nearly everything except trauma and transplant surgery.

Offered incentives include a $75K start date bonus tied to a three-year commitment, a newly raised pay structure, an annual retention bonus, a relocation bonus, generous paid time off, and an annual continuing education allowance. Schedules can be arranged across day, night, and weekend shifts, and overtime is available for those who want it. Call is minimal and performed from home with a 30-minute callback, and it is divided evenly among providers.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, and a 401(k) with an employer contribution. Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is fully paid. The practice also runs an Earn While You Learn program that pays students a monthly stipend during their final year of school.
