A Georgia client is looking for a skilled anesthetist for a 100-day assignment. The role runs Monday through Friday during daytime hours and covers shifts of several hours. The anesthetist would provide anesthesia-related care, including pre-anesthesia evaluations, and would carry out general, regional, and local cases across several specialties such as urology, orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, neurology, plastics, ENT, and endocrinology.

Responsibilities include managing cases in general surgery and the specialties listed above, along with routine cases, nerve blocks and lines, and endoscopy procedures. The position also calls for comfort with practicing autonomously and with obstetric proficiency.

The setting is outpatient and clinic-only, with a CRNA-only staffing mix. Call is performed out of house, and the number of patients per day varies. Required credentials include ACLS and BLS certification, a Georgia license or eligibility for one, and CRNA certification. Board certification in anesthesiology and experience with Epic EMR are also listed.
