Full details
A client in Georgia is looking for a skilled anesthesia provider for a 100-day assignment. The role runs Monday through Friday during daytime hours and covers shifts of several hours each. The provider would deliver anesthesia care, including pre-anesthesia evaluations, and carry out general, regional, and local cases across a range of specialties such as urology, orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, neurology, plastics, ENT, and endocrine.
Responsibilities include completing pre-anesthesia assessments and managing cases in general surgery and the specialties listed above. The position suits someone comfortable practicing autonomously, handling routine cases, placing blocks and lines, and working in endoscopy, and who is proficient in obstetric anesthesia and able to practice independently in that area.
The assignment is outpatient and clinic-based, with out-of-house call and a CRNA-only staffing model. Patient volume varies from day to day. Epic is the electronic medical record in use.
Required credentials include ACLS and BLS certifications, a Georgia license or eligibility for one, and CRNA certification. Board certification in anesthesiology is also listed.
Benefits include competitive compensation, coverage of travel-related expenses, and A-rated medical malpractice insurance. A dedicated recruiter is available for future travel opportunities.
