Full details

US Anesthesia Partners in Nevada is recruiting CRNAs for its Las Vegas practice, which has been established in the region for more than forty years and is the largest anesthesia team in the state with 35 CRNAs. The role covers a broad range of anesthesia services at the area's major hospitals and health systems, including HCA, Dignity Health and UHS, within a care team model that supports autonomous clinical judgment. Teaching opportunities with a local nurse anesthesia program are available, and new graduates receive structured mentorship from the start.

Compensation is listed as a base of $235k to $270k, with a minimum of $21k added annually for working 6 to 8 weekends per year. A $45k sign-on bonus, future retention incentives, $10k in relocation assistance and higher rates for OB, pediatric and other specialty cases are also offered. Benefits include a 401k with employer match and quarterly profit-sharing, health, dental and vision coverage, 6 weeks of paid time off, a CME allowance, and malpractice coverage including tail insurance. Scheduling is flexible, with no required call, and the posting describes the practice as offering real work-life balance.

Candidates need a current, active, unencumbered Nevada CRNA license or eligibility to obtain one, certification through the NBCRNA, and the ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements. New graduates are welcome, and prior direct patient care experience as a CRNA along with experience across several specialties is preferred. Leadership involvement is possible through a national advisory council, local CRNA representation on practice matters, and a leadership conference. The practice also runs a women in healthcare group and social activities, and the posting highlights Las Vegas living, including no state income tax and access to nearby outdoor areas.
