Sound Anesthesia is partnering with Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Lakewood Ranch, FL, beginning September 2026, to fill a CRNA position. The hospital's surgical caseload is broad and includes general surgery, orthopedic procedures (total and partial joint, shoulder, hand, foot and ankle), spine and neuro cases such as discectomies, laminectomies, craniotomies and spinal cord stimulator placement, urology, plastics, OB/GYN, EP/IR, and other services. The CRNA would serve as the primary OR provider, caring for complex cases within a busy collaborative team, administering anesthesia across this range of procedures, and documenting anesthetic delivery and patient responses per hospital and Sound Anesthesia standards.

Candidates should hold NBCNA certification, or be currently pursuing it as a student, hold an active Florida license, and be authorized to work in the United States. The schedule consists of day shifts with nine weeks off per year.

Compensation is described as robust, with both W2 and 1099 arrangements available and relocation assistance offered.
