Sound Anesthesia is partnering with Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, with the position starting in September 2026. The practice describes its approach as local and site-led, with close collaboration among the physicians and CRNAs on the team.

The hospital handles a broad mix of procedures, including robotic-assisted da Vinci cases, general surgery, orthopedics (spine, total joint, shoulder, hand, foot and ankle), neurology, urology, plastics, OB/GYN, and EP/IR. Cardiac and vascular work includes open heart (CABG), structural procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip and Watchman, vascular and endovascular cases, EVAR, stenting, and peripheral interventions. The role centers on complex cases within a busy team setting, with anesthesia provided across a wide range of procedures and anesthesia records kept according to hospital and Sound Anesthesia standards. The schedule is day shifts, with nine weeks off per year.

Candidates need NBCNA certification, or be currently pursuing it as a student, an active Florida license, and authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is described as a robust package, offered as either W-2 or 1099 arrangements, and relocation assistance is available.
