BayCare is planning a new hospital in Parrish, Florida, scheduled to open in 2028, and is recruiting CRNAs now to help build its perioperative services from the ground up. Practice details, scheduling, case mix, and call expectations have not yet been finalized and will be shared as hospital planning moves forward. Interested CRNAs can learn more and work with leadership during the development process.

Qualifications include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from or anticipated graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current or recertified status with the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

The compensation package includes a base salary and sign-on bonus on a tiered scale tied to years of experience, along with eight weeks of PTO available immediately and an annual CME allowance of $2,500. Health coverage includes medical, dental, vision, life, and short- and long-term disability insurance, and retirement options come with an employer match. Shift differentials and evening and weekend stipends are offered, malpractice insurance is covered at 100%, and the not-for-profit employer is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
