Envision has partnered with Broward Health to recruit certified registered nurse anesthetists for the anesthesia team at Broward Health Coral Springs, located in Coral Springs, Florida. The hospital has 250 beds and an annual case volume of roughly 8,500, and the anesthesia group includes 11 physicians and 16 CRNAs, among them a dedicated CRNA obstetrics team. The surgical mix spans obstetrics, pediatrics, general surgery, GI, orthopedics, cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology, with no trauma, transplant or cardiac cases.

Call is light, limited to four or five weekends of beeper coverage per year. New graduates are welcome, and a earn-while-you-learn program pays $2,500 per month during the final two years of training for those who commit early.
