The role is a full-time cardiac CRNA position at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Florida, a 221-bed Level II Trauma Center north of Orlando. The posting lists a day schedule with no call and no weekends, along with a PRN option. Pay includes a $150K starting bonus, a recently increased base salary, annual retention bonuses, and a cardiac stipend. Extra shifts are paid at $175 per hour for time worked outside the scheduled week.
