A practice serving St. Vincent's Healthcare in Jacksonville is looking to add CRNAs to its anesthesia team. The group is North Florida Anesthesia Consultants, which operates as a subsidiary of Envision. The hospital system is part of Ascension Health and has been serving the Northeast Florida region for more than 140 years. The position is full time and is based at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital.

The role is described as a collaborative anesthesia team with strong leadership, flexible scheduling, and a culture that values reliability, autonomy, and work-life balance. Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, neurosurgery, spine, vascular, and robotic procedures. Shifts are offered in a variety of formats, and overtime is available for those who want it.

A start-date bonus is offered: $150K for a four-year commitment, $100K for a three-year commitment, and $75K for a two-year commitment. Compensation includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid malpractice coverage with tail coverage.

Providers may work across several locations, including Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside, the Southside surgical hub, the Clay County community facility, and the St. Johns County site, as well as Jacksonville and St. Augustine surgery centers.
