A full-time CRNA position is open at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey, with a compensation package that includes a $100K start date bonus and scheduling flexibility. The anesthesia group at the site includes 12 physicians and more than 26 CRNAs, and it also covers Inspira Medical Center Elmer and several ambulatory surgery centers. The practice is described as giving CRNAs hands-on experience and considerable autonomy within a well-established group with a good work-life balance.

Cases at the Vineland campus include a heavy obstetrics load along with orthopedics, spinal, thoracic, bariatric, vascular, gynecology and general surgery. Cardiac and trauma cases are not part of the mix. The hospital is a 262-bed facility with 10 operating rooms, three endoscopy units, two OB operating rooms and 10 labor and delivery rooms, handling roughly 12,000 cases a year. Candidates need National Certification and a Pennsylvania RN license.

The employer offers a base salary, a start date bonus, relocation help, health, dental and vision coverage, a continuing medical education allowance and full malpractice coverage. Student nurse anesthetists, residents and fellows in their final year of training may join an earn-while-you-learn program that pays a monthly stipend for their last 12 months of training.
