The schedule is 12-hour days, 07:00 to 19:00. This full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist position is based at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, and follows a care team model with physician anesthesiologist supervision. The successful candidate joins a hospital-based anesthesia group that handles a broad range of surgical specialties, including general, orthopedic, obstetric, cardiac, neurosurgical, pediatric and trauma cases.

The hospital serves as the largest provider of health care in the Dayton region, with more than 1,100 licensed beds. Its services include the only Adult Level I Trauma Center in the area, a high-risk maternity unit paired with a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, the only Adult Burn Center in the region, and air and mobile ICU ambulance transport. It also runs a well-regarded neuroscience program and a large heart emergency center with 24/7 cardiac catheterization services.
