The schedule is 12-hour nights, 19:00 to 07:00. A full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is sought to join a hospital-based anesthesia group at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. The practice follows a care team model in which CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists who provide medical supervision.

The hospital is the largest provider of health care in the Dayton region, with 1,133 licensed beds. Its services include the only Adult Level I Trauma Center in the area, a high-risk maternity unit, a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, the only Adult Burn Center in the region, and CareFlight air and mobile ICU transport. The campus also has a recognized neuroscience program, including a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Level 4 Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, along with an extensive cardiac emergency program.

Anesthesia assignments span a broad mix of cases, such as general, orthopedic, obstetric, cardiac, neurosurgical, pediatric, and trauma procedures. The role is described as offering flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and a collaborative environment that values autonomy and clinical excellence.

The posting lists a salary of $270,000 plus, with room for additional earnings. Benefits include a competitive salary, full medical, dental, and vision coverage, continuing education allowance and support, paid time off and holidays, retirement plan options, and relocation assistance.

Candidates should hold CRNA certification and an Ohio license, or be eligible for one, and bring strong clinical skills across a wide case range along with a team-oriented approach and clear communication.
