Compensation starts at a base salary of $260,000, with a retirement plan that includes employer matching. Productivity pay is paid yearly and depends on ASA billable units. A $30,000 commitment bonus is offered with a 24-month commitment, and a $50,000 living assistance loan is available to students with a 36-month commitment. Incentive pay, call pay, and other compensation are also mentioned. The position carries no non-compete clause and no contract. Paid time off, holidays, CME days, and an allowance are provided, and relocation help and a referral bonus may be available. On-site amenities include a fully equipped wellness center and gym and a quality-rated child development center.
Education requirements are a bachelor's degree in nursing and a graduate degree in anesthesia, both required. Anesthesia experience of zero to one year is preferred, and experienced providers with two or more years are also preferred. New graduates and students in an accredited program will be considered.
