The schedule is 8-hour days, 07:00 to 15:00. This locum tenens opening in Indiana calls for a CRNA to cover a blend of operating room and obstetrics cases in a hospital setting, with MDs on site and supervision that is limited as noted. The clinical scope spans endoscopy, OB and GYN, pediatrics, general surgery, and orthopedics. Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required, and candidates must submit case logs documenting those procedures.

Outside regular hours, the role includes on-call duty from late afternoon until early morning, with a response expected within 20 minutes. Travel and lodging support may be offered. The site uses Epic for its electronic medical records.

Applicants need an active Indiana license and whatever certifications the site specifies. Qualifying experience requires a minimum of two years of clinical work completed in the last five years. Credentialing is expected to take roughly 120 days.
