This locum tenens role for a CRNA in Eastern Wyoming begins June 15, 2026 and offers ongoing coverage across two facilities. The primary site is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with Level III Trauma designation in Douglas, WY, and the secondary site is a surgical hospital in Casper, WY, about 45 minutes away.

Anesthesia work spans a broad case mix, including OB, neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, general surgery, and other services. The hospital handles roughly 250 deliveries per year, so obstetric anesthesia is a significant part of the workload.

Candidates need an active Wyoming license or eligibility for the IMLC, along with current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications.
