The facility is seeking three CRNAs to cover two to three operating rooms in northern Illinois. The group is moving off paper-based intraoperative records and is transitioning to Cerner as its EMR, which is the reason for the coverage need.

Days are typically scheduled so that shifts rarely run past eight hours, with 24-hour in-house coverage in place. Cases include general surgery, bariatrics, orthopedics, podiatry, gastroenterology, and cath lab procedures.

The model is independent practice, so the successful candidate should be a confident provider able to manage each patient through the entire perioperative period. Required credentials are ACLS, PALS, and BLS, and NRP is recommended.
