Full details
The role is a full-time independent practice position for a CRNA at a 615-bed Level 2 Trauma Center in Everett, Washington, a city just north of Seattle. The hospital is part of a large regional health system and pairs advanced care with a community feel. The team culture is described as friendly and collegial, with strong working relationships among CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and surgeons.
Annual W2 base pay, based on a 40-hour week, is listed by experience: $241,280 for 0 to 2 years, $266,240 for 2 to 5 years, and $301,600 for 5 or more years. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with relocation assistance of up to $10,000 for candidates coming from out of state or out of the area, with receipts required. Extra shifts carry added pay, and weekend and evening hours earn a premium. Stipends for CRNAs are available, and the CME allowance is $1,000 per year.
Benefits include 7 weeks of paid time off, which counts CME, plus health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, a 401(k), and malpractice coverage. Several engagement structures are available, from a more structured employment arrangement to one with greater independence and flexibility.
The practice is a full-service facility with 26 operating rooms and 2 obstetric suites, handling roughly 17,000 cases and 4,000 births each year. Cases span general, orthopedic, neurologic, gynecologic, urologic, GI, plastic, robotic, and obstetric surgery. CRNAs place regional lines and perform epidurals and spinals, and they practice to the full extent of their training.
Shifts of 10, 12, 14, or 24 hours are available. The standard schedule is a day shift from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no more than two late shifts per week.
Candidates need board certification as a CRNA, an active Washington license, DEA registration, and state controlled-substance certification, along with ACLS, BLS, and PALS. One year of experience is preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
Everett offers a shorter commute to the Seattle job market alongside more space, lower costs, and easy access to mountains, parks, and the waterfront. The area has strong aerospace, manufacturing, and healthcare employers, and the region supports hiking, skiing, and water sports.
A referral bonus of up to $5,000 is available for recommending a colleague who is hired, subject to terms and conditions.
