The position is a supervised CRNA assignment in a hospital setting, working alongside an anesthesiologist and covering all surgical cases. The facility runs more than 24 operating rooms and is described as very busy, though pediatric volume is modest. Cases include mitral clips and Watchman procedures, plus head and healthy pediatric patients; open heart and obstetric cases are not part of the role. Both inpatient and outpatient patients of all ages are included, and there is no option for a dedicated pediatric CRNA at this time.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts of either 5-8 or 4-10 hours, and overtime applies after 40 hours worked in a week. Only scheduled clinical hours are required, with no call, nights or weekends. Anesthesia techs and SCAs are available as support staff. Lunches are not covered, and no stipends are offered.

Candidates need full-time availability, able to work 3-4 weeks a month, and must hold an active PA license and board certification or eligibility. Temporary privileges are not granted. The hourly cap is $305, which is not negotiable. Travel and lodging and malpractice insurance are provided. The assignment runs from August 2026 on an ongoing basis, and the stated reason for the need is staffing.
