The posted base pay range is $249,995.20 to $249,995.20 per year for full-time work, based on 2,080 annual hours, with possible added pay from shift differentials, on-call or standby pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonuses. Other listed incentives include a $5,000 annual quality bonus, a $90,000 signing bonus potential, $10,000 toward student loans, and $3,000 in yearly CME funds.
