A leading, nationally recognized health system in Virginia Beach is seeking a CRNA to serve the Virginia Beach area, the Eastern Shore, and Northeastern North Carolina. The position is permanent and W2-based, with a base compensation range of $250-260k depending on experience, a $5,000 QPI bonus, a $90k bonus, and overtime availability. Relocation help is offered when needed, including travel and temporary housing support.
Flexible scheduling is offered in shorter and longer block formats, and on-call duties are not required. Caseload spans general surgery, obstetrics, neurosurgery, vascular work (excluding open heart), orthopedics, and optional healthy pediatric cases. CRNAs in this role carry out their own regional anesthesia procedures, including spinals, epidurals, peripheral blocks, central lines, and arterial lines.
