Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, a 174-bed acute care facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its anesthesiology team. The hospital is part of Sentara Healthcare, an integrated health system.

The rotating position offers shifts of 8, 10, 12, 16 and 24 hours. Second call is listed as 1:16. The department handles more than 12,000 cases a year, including over 2,000 obstetric cases, and works alongside a team of 9 physicians and more than 25 CRNAs. The hospital uses the Epic electronic health record throughout.

The posted base pay for full-time work is $249,995.20 annually, based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours per year. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives or bonuses may apply, and the final figure within the range depends on qualifications, experience, location and business needs.

Providers receive an annual CME allowance of $1,800 and a $6,000 annual quality bonus, along with a $10,000 student loan assistance program.
