NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join the team at City of Hope Cancer Center Atlanta in Newnan, Georgia, a setting about 30 minutes southwest of Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson airport. The practice is highly autonomous and works without medical direction, letting CRNAs practice to their full scope, including performing nerve blocks and placing lines. Providers are expected to work at the top of their scope and license each day, and the group is willing to teach and train additional skills to those who want to learn.

The role runs Monday through Friday under a supervision model and covers only cancer-specific cases. Compensation includes a base salary of $220K-$275K, a $40,000 retention bonus, and an end-of-year bonus, with additional earning opportunities beyond base pay. Paid time off is generous at six weeks, and full benefits are provided, including medical, dental, life, short- and long-term disability, malpractice coverage, and a 401k.
