This per diem CRNA role is based at Parkridge East Hospital in East Ridge, Tennessee, a 128-bed facility offering a broad range of medical and surgical services, including orthopedics and robotic surgery. The hospital's 24/7 Emergency Department holds accreditation as a Chest Pain Center from the Society of Chest Pain Centers. The case assignments are orthopedic, obstetrics, and gynecology.

The CRNA will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Responsibilities include completing pre-anesthesia evaluations, obtaining informed consent, and devising anesthetic plans with patients. The role also covers managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, along with monitoring each patient's physiological condition and intervening as needed. The position additionally supports departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered professional nursing license and graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program. They must also hold certification or recertification from the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. The posted pay rate is $160 per hour.
