Full details

This full-time CRNA position is based at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and comes with an enhanced compensation package. The 275-bed hospital, founded in 1971, provides cardiovascular surgery, cancer care, intensive care, orthopedic and spine surgery, and rehabilitation, and it is part of the Parkridge Health System, which also includes OB-GYN services, a level III NICU, and behavioral health centers for children and adults. The facility operates a care team model with 30 anesthesiologists and 100 CRNAs.

Responsibilities include delivering broad anesthesia care across surgical cases, completing pre-anesthesia assessments and securing informed consent, creating and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients, managing induction, maintenance, and recovery from anesthesia, and monitoring patients' physiological status and intervening when necessary. The role also contributes to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Scheduling options include call and non-call positions, fixed schedules, and part-time arrangements. Caseload covers orthopedic, general, GI, cardiac, and pulmonary procedures, endovascular and electrophysiology work, neurosurgery, GYN, and a small number of pediatric anesthesia cases.

Compensation is listed as up to $285,000 per year, depending on schedule and experience, with a $75K sign-on incentive. Benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D coverage, generous paid time off, flexible spending and health savings accounts, fully paid malpractice coverage, and available loan repayment and training assistance.

Candidates need a current registered professional nurse license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
