Full details

The position is a full-time CRNA role at an ambulatory surgery center founded in 1981 by local physicians to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care as an accessible option to an overnight hospital stay.

The package includes a $275K base salary and a $75K sign-on incentive. Benefits cover medical, life, sight, dental, income protection and accidental death coverage, along with generous time off, flexible spending and health savings account options, fully paid malpractice coverage, and assistance with loan repayment and training costs.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, with no on-call duty and no weekend shifts. Cases span endoscopy, ophthalmology, orthopedics, ENT, general surgery and vascular procedures.

Responsibilities include delivering full anesthesia care across a range of operations, completing pre-anesthesia assessments and securing informed consent, and building anesthetic plans in discussion with patients. The CRNA also manages induction, maintenance and emergence, monitors physiological status and intervenes as necessary, and contributes to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need an active registration as a professional nurse, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current or renewed certification from the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
